• We do not sell or share your information with third parties, except as required to complete your diagnostic test or comply with legal obligations.
• SMS opt-in information and consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing nesttest.com or submitting a kit registration form, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

NestTest provides sample collection kits (which include a Class 1 medical device) to patients upon request. Our services are intended for adults 18 years of age or older.

3. Order & Kit Registration

By submitting the registration form, you confirm that:

• The information provided is accurate and complete
• You are the intended recipient of the sample collection kit
• You consent to receive SMS and email communications related to your order

4. SMS Terms — NestTest Kit Notifications Program

Program name: NestTest Kit Notifications

Program description: Transactional SMS updates about your at-home HPV sample collection kit order, including shipping confirmation, delivery confirmation, instructional video reminder, sample return shipping confirmation, and order completion notice.

By opting in via the registration form, you agree to receive recurring automated text message updates from NestTest at the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies, typically 5–7 messages per order. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS will be sent.

Opt-in is not a condition of purchase.

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
